From the admin site,navigate to Channels -> ’Add contact widget’.

By default, the link that opens the VIP window (Visitor Interaction Panel), will be displayed as text. Use
the ‘Type’ dropdown menu to change the ‘chat’ link from text to image.

By default the Link text will display as ‘Contact Us’. Simply update this field to change the link to text of
your preference.

The field below specifies the URL location of the image for the button.

Press the 'generate scripts' button and a script will be generated into the 'Generated script' section
below.

Copy & paste the code into the source code of website or insert it using a CMS system where you want
the button to appear.
